Synergistic, Inc. (SI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 1993 and incorporated in the District of Columbia. Our mission is to enhance the academic, emotional, financial, and physical well being of disadvantaged youth and young adults in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.
Improve academic outcomes for teens and young adults; Increase employment opportunities available to teens and young adults; Help individuals move toward self-sufficiency by reducing violent behavior/attitudes and decreasing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use; and, Educate young people about the importance of good decision-making, nutrition and physical activity to promote a positive, healthy lifestyle.
Working holistically to enrich the lives of our youth Respecting, encouraging and celebrating the unique talents and attributes of our program youth; and, Maintaining excellence through continual program development and evaluation.
